Mechanical Inkometer - Model B-45

This instrument measures the tack of printing inks. This seemingly outdated model is still used widely throughtout the ink making industry. This original design is strictly mechanical and is limited in terms of functionality, however, kits are available that, when installed, grant operators greater control over the instrument. The converstion kits include a digital readout of your tack results in real time allowing for more accurate calibration procedures, as well as a variable speed control to allow for a greater range of speeds.
